Pickleback?

May 18th, 2010 | Filed under: Food & Drinks

While doing some research for the Jameson Bartenders Ball, we came across a new phenomenon that has been taking the US cocktail world by storm, The Pickleback, also known as a ‘Pisky Whickle’. You take a shot of Jameson Irish Whiskey and wash it down with pickle juice. Yep you read that right, pickle juice. Apparently this alcoholic twin of the Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich works amazingly well. So the next time you hit the bars, ask your bartender to get the pickle jar out of the kitchen and order a Pickleback!

While browsing for inspirational stuff for a new campaign we are working on, we found this video about a butcher and a pig. Truly inspiring to see how this intensly passionate butcher works with his product. Apparently after finishing this 211 pound pig, only 1 pound was thrown away.
The video was made by Quarter Productions, who also made the video we posted about earlier.
